Qualitative Research, Data Analysis

Since he was 14, Henry Kramer has been a fixture in Little Rock’s Hillcrest Neighborhood as one of the operators of Cajun Sno, a “pop-up.”

His passion for people from all walks of life is evident in his long time interest in making places and situations better for others.  He is a graduate of historic Little Rock Central High School, where he was on the baseball team, and the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, where he majored in Political Science and was on the Dean’s List.

His true interests and hobbies include geography, politics/policy, and playing pickup basketball.

Having traveled to 15 countries and 32 states, he takes pride in interacting with the locals who have taught him the importance of never making assumptions about people or places based on stereotypes.

Henry is a Research Associate at Boyette and loves the client interactions and using his research skills and experiences.

A surprising thing to know

I bring a basketball with me to every country I travel to. I love playing with the locals because I believe that it is one of the best ways to learn about the people and culture you’re surrounded by. In some cases, I don’t speak the same language as the people I am playing with. However, I have become friends with many of them and still keep in touch to this day.

On my bucket list

To someday join the Peace Corps.

My fantasy dinner party guests

Spike Lee, Scottie Pippen, and Franklin D. Roosevelt.
