Riley specializes in economic development research, data analysis, and strategic planning. His work focuses on engaging communities, economic development organizations, and private-sector clients. Riley’s recent focus and innovation has been around the impact of NIMBYism on economic development, industry opportunities, and the planning factors that influence growth & development.

Riley holds a Master’s degree in City Planning from Boston University, with a certificate in Urban Policy. After graduating from high school in Singapore, he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Auburn University and also studied at East China Normal University, where he studied economic development and urbanization. He also earned a Grant Writing certificate from the University of South Carolina. Riley resides in Atlanta.
