Reteisha Byrd

Research Associate

Areas of Expertise

Research, Mapping, Cluster Analysis

Byrd is the newest member of the Boyette Strategic Advisors team. She is a researcher focused on data mining and data collection. Her research skills provide the best information possible to drive strong deliverables and results for clients.

Byrd’s passion for economic and community development stems from her upbringing in a small town located in the Mississippi Delta. Her hometown experiences similar issues that many communities throughout the country face, such as loss of business and industry, population decline, and low educational attainment. Byrd’s desire to fully understand what was transpiring in her community led her to pursue her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and her Master’s degree in Public Administration.

Prior to joining Boyette, Byrd was a Research Graduate Assistant at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She also worked with the Little Rock Port Authority, which introduced her to the consulting world and the importance of leveraging data. Today, Byrd serves on the University of Arkansas at Little Rock’s Alumni Association Board of Directors.
